Cycling gives you the opportunity to get close to the real country and cover more ground than you could on foot. It’s also excellent exercise! However, to get the maximum benefit from your break it’s important that you get ‘cycle-fit’, which is where we come in.


For a monthly fee, we provide a full personalised monthly fitness and training plan designed by a qualified cycling specific strength and conditioning coach with the aim of getting you in the best possible physical condition to fully enjoy your chosen tour. We will also provide access to the Fitness forum page where they can ask the coaches (your Virtual personal trainer at the fraction of the cost) fitness questions and see links to videos of all the various strength moves etc included in their programs.
